Meals for busy people!

Are you working from home or back in the office? Either way, you still got to eat. I have found that those of you who are back in the office have found out that the food options are now more limited (in some cases) where pre-pandemic they were abundant. Work kitchens were filled with food, coffee, snacks etc... or even local restaurants were at the plenty. Now, things have changed in the work environment. Buildings that are still lacking workers are not going to the expense to stock these areas as they did, and some local restaurants are just not in business anymore. So, we are back to the take your lunch to work days again - but that doesn't mean it has to be a quick sandwich made in the morning. I'm talking about meal options. Yes, there are lots of companies out there who offer meal make it kits. If you have tried some of these, you know that some are a lot of work to prepare - yes, all the ingredients are there in the perfect amount, but it does take time and effort to make it. I'm here to promote me... a personal chef that makes meals that you can take to work that only take a minute in the microwave oven! And you never had to lift a finger. Good, healthy and yummy meals that are refrigerated (not frozen) so they are fresh. They are prepackaged in individual containers for easy stacking and heating. I use storage containers that are re-heatable, reusable, microwaveable, recyclable and BPA free. I can also do the same for dinners!


Speaking of dinners - who's a perfect client for premade dinners? Busy people, seniors, people who don't know how to cook... the list goes on. Ever worry about those parents that just might be having ice cream for dinner? Yep, it's a thing. I deliver meals to many clients that are not eating correctly, and it promotes healthy eating habits. I tailor the food to their liking and make sure that they actually like the food. I believe that "FOOD IS PERSONAL" and that is my motto. If you don't like it, it's ok... I'm not offended - because you should like what you like and eat what you like. So, if you know of anyone that could use my service... please let me know. From top left - Herb roasted chicken with roasted eggplant, spaghetti with beef meatballs, ricotta stuffed pasta shells with meat sauce, pesto fettuccine with shrimp and freshly baked chocolate chip cookies.
